I had 2 reactions from people...

1) 1 group don't believe it and walk right through it...

2) 2nd group, bend down and scoop up the "money" and walk home rich.

Singapore Elections is coming up. Everyone is talking elections in Singapore and its create a buzz! Elections to me is abt choice and there indeed is much more choice then the last few elections that i can recall. The choice that anyone makes will affect the future of our world.

This is exactly the same in the business world. A decision you make today could change your life and your world.

Well, may things have happened in the last few days... major. I realised the implications of one decicion could have an impact on a nation. Think abt it.

Suddenly many business deals

Just over the last 2 weeks... i got the following business deals to work on...

1) china public listing
2) oil and gas investment business
3) enquiry on laundry franchise
4) Wills business

interesting how business deals seems to come in groups... now i have to prioritise what to do...

lets see...

I was also thinking if i should do in the next five years taking me to 2011...

1) Lawyer degree
2) ACCA- Accounting
3) MBA

I suddenly want to do many things... i think i am going into overdrive and this is still taking into account my full time job.... hahaha... crazy...

Election Fever

Hmmm... election fever is heating up with lots of swipes taking place and comments from all over.

Guess what I just got a letter saying the government is giving me $500. wow. looks like this year, we are going to have at least 1 or 2 lesser opposition left.

HUSBAND STORE

A store that sells husbands has just opened in New York City, where a woman
may go to choose a husband.
Among the instructions at the entrance is a description of how the store
operates. You may visit the store ONLY ONCE!
There are six floors and the attributes of the men increase as the shopper
ascends the flights. There is, however, a catch. You may choose any man
from a particular floor, or you may choose to go up a floor, but you cannot
go back down except to exit the building!
So, a woman goes to the Husband Store to find a husband. . . . . .
On the first floor the sign on the door reads:
Floor 1 - These men have jobs and love the Lord.
The second floor sign reads:
Floor 2 - These men have jobs, love the Lord, and love kids.
The third floor sign reads:
Floor 3 - These men have jobs, love the Lord, love kids, and are extremely
good looking.
"Wow," she thinks, but feels compelled to keep going.
She goes to the fourth floor and the sign reads:
Floor 4 - These men have jobs, love the Lord, love kids, are drop-dead good
looking and help with the housework.

Tammy NYP Scandal...

Call me slow but i was jsut catching up on this topic that is hot in the blogging community. One interesting thing is that even though this is the No 1 search topic in the blogging community, the others in the off line world i.e. news and newspaper world hardly heard abt this except those reading New papers and Wan Bao.

There is starting to be some divergence in the population on what they are expose to and this could be what we call "generation gap" :p

An inspiring Weekend!

I had a very inspiring weekend in KL. I went there for Synergy WorldWide founders tour and Dan Higginson was there and was as usual, inspiring.

Let me share what the president of a US$100 million company with 7 year history has to share on Synergy's 7th yearanniversary.

Dan is 34 this year and used to work in Covey Leadership Institute and his mentor is Steve Covey. Many of you will know who that is: the popular author of "7 habits of highly effective people" and Dan had a near death experience that changed his life. He caught hepetitis and almost died from it. He was especially traumatised becos the doc basically said, there is nothing we can do and lets leave it to God.

Miraculously, he then recovered and the near death experience made him question life and also fan his desire to set up a company to promote Health called "Synergy World Wide". He wants to promote health through the natural means... preventive and curative...

The shocking part was not that SWW was founded as we all know the story of his founding but that he shared that even though Synergy World Wide is founded by him and it means a lot to him. synergy World wide is 4th priority in his life... hmmmmm.... for a many who founded a US$100 million company... how can that be fourth priority... well it is! And the other 3 are 1) God (spiritual life) 2) Family 3) Friends 4) Synergy (business or work). Dan can be consuidered a successful man (who reading this owns a $100 million a year company? *grin). Think abt this: if he formulated his life around the 4 priroties and is so successful... what are our priorities in life? Something we can learn here?

He also shared his 4 princples of Ls in his life. its not Longan,LiuLian, Lambutan and Llose Loyce.... :p Well its being able to Live Life to the fullest, Love the people around you, Learn at all times and Leave a Legacy (what do you want people to remember you for). think abt the priorities and the 4 L and you know the 99% of singaporeans are not there.... are you? Think abt that for a while... you want a formula to be successful? you got it!

Oil and Gas

Over the last year or so, we have seen oil prices rise up and the days of US$30 a barrel of oil seems to be over and we are all now very comfortable with prices in the range of US$60 and above. Many analysts are predicting that with demand from China and India rising, prices growing to US$100 is not unforeseeable. I tend to agree.

So interesting I was introduced to a investment opportunity in the oil and gas industry. What used to be the playground for only the ultra rich is now within reach of the retail investor at only US$5000 per unit. Its told to me that this is a "cash flow" investment.

Dear all,
Just want to update that i am currently working on my Laundry business. Its a business that i started out in 2002 becos i decdied that i want to learn to do business. I almost gave it up before i came for POE and decided during POE to revive it and make it big Bigger BIGGEST in Singapore. I am also involved with Network Marketing with over 10,000 members worldwide (Really!), a consultancy business in China, A Franchise in Wills and Trust and others. Yes, i do have various business and parterns running them but if any of you have any business ideas, more than glad to explore. Just email me.

After listening to ST, I am looking into internet marketing and I am proud to say that I made $25.65 minus $1.48 (costs) in 5 days. A good start for me! We can discuss how we can make more money here. My thots are if i create more streams then if every stream gives me $25.65 in 5 days and I have 20 streams then i will get $500 per week... not bad right. So i am rushing to create 20 streams.

Since there were a few interest in Business Opportunities, I thot I setup a blog to enable all to share their business opportunities or their interests and their experiences so that all can benefit from it and become better business people.

I know that many of you have many business opportunities to share and many people also want to get into some businesses but never knew how or where to start. Let's make this place a good sharing place as a seed and also a reference point for us to come back and gain from it.
